Do you offer a product warranty?

Ethereal Candle Company products align with Amazon's product quality regulations, guaranteeing you a functional product aligning with the product description and specifications. If your product is received in poor condition, please request a refund and return your product via Amazon.co.uk where you will be refunded, if you desire to purchase another product, you can.

How can I cancel or change the order?

The order can be canceled through the "Returns & Orders" page on Amazon.co.uk, however, if you have already received your item, you will have to go through the Return process. 

I have a store credit code/discount code, how does it work?

Once adding the Ethereal Candle Company product to your basket, head to the Amazon checkout, proceed to the payment, and you will be prompted to "Add a gift card or promotion code or voucher" where you can paste our discount code. 

When will my product be dispatched?

Ethereal Candle Company has partnered with Amazon's "Fulfiled by Amazon (FBA)" service to provide high-quality and next-day delivery to Amazon Prime users, therefore, products will usually be dispatched within a few hours of ordering. Non-prime members will be informed when they can expect delivery. Amazon is solely responsible for the transit of our products.

I won a giveaway, how do I claim my product?

Do you ship to my country?

Currently, Ethereal Candle Company is exclusive to the United Kingdom, however, the worldwide expansion will be coming soon. Please stay up to date with our development on social media and our newsletter (bottom of homepage).
