ELIGIBILITY:

1.1. Participation in Ethereal Candle Company giveaways is open to individuals who fulfill the following requirements:

- Must be at least eighteen years old.
- Must be a follower of both our social media accounts @etherealcandlecompany & @fulfil.bydesign on Instagram.
- Must have liked and shared the designated giveaway post on their associated Instagram account.
- They must have tagged one friend they're following in the comments of the giveaway post.

ENTRY PERIOD:

2.1. To qualify, accounts must enter the giveaway within the specified time indicated in the giveaway post.

2.2. Accounts entering the giveaway after the allotted time will not be eligible for participation.

PRIZE:

3.1. Three (3) fortunate individuals will be randomly selected from qualifying entries. Each winner will have the opportunity to choose any single (1) item from Ethereal Candle Company's latest collection, free of charge.

3.2. The awarded prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

WINNER SELECTION:

4.1. Winners will be randomly selected from all qualifying entries received during the entry period.

4.2. The selected winners will receive notification via Instagram Direct Message (DM) and must respond within twenty-four hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the specified time will result in the selection of an alternate winner.

5. PUBLICITY:

5.1. Participation in the giveaway constitutes winners' consent for Ethereal Candle Company and fulfil.bydesign to utilize their name, Instagram username, and any submitted content for promotional purposes across social media platforms and other marketing materials, without additional compensation.

6.1. Ethereal Candle Company reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found violating these terms and conditions or engaging in fraudulent activities.

6.2. Ethereal Candle Company bears no responsibility for any technical issues, including but not limited to lost, delayed, misdirected, or corrupted entries.

6.3. By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to release and indemnify Ethereal Candle Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to their participation or acceptance of the prize.
